ALET LES BAINS
In the medieval village of Alet les Bains, between the Aude river and the remains of the Abbey, the Old Episcopal Palace welcomes you from April to October. These 12th century abbey buildings were transformed in the 14th and then in the 18th century. You will take the time to walk in the magnificent private park with hundred-year-old trees, to sit on the terrace of the Palace to refresh yourself with drinks or ice cream.
For 3 generations, the restaurant has been open every day with traditional French cuisine. Organization of family meals (wedding, baptism, communion …) or Reception of groups in beautiful and large private rooms of a historical nature (banquets, colloquium, seminar, show) including the Synod room of 100m2 with 5 meters high ceiling .
The Hostellerie de l’Evêché offers pleasant rooms with private bathrooms, where you can find relaxation and well-being.
